MAP12: Spitshine is the twelfth map of Claustrophobia 1024. It was designed by Fiend, and uses a MIDI rendition of "Israel" by Siouxsie and the Banshees, sequenced by Frater L.V.X.

Secrets[]
- At the northeast of the level, there is blood at the bottom of the west wall. Open it to find armor. (sector 166)
- At the southwest of the level, after pressing the switch, there is another switch in the east side of the southern alcove. Throw the switch to open another teleporter next to the room you're in. Use the teleporter to be warped into a tunnel with three health bonuses and four armor bonuses. (sector 297) Step into the teleporter at the end of the tunnel to be teleported back into the south of the level.
