H. Feiner is a minor character in Doom 3. He was the receptionist at Mars City, responsible for greeting and escorting all new arrivals to their designated location before providing them their standard issued PDA.
When the player first arrives at Mars City in Doom 3, Feiner will provide them their own PDA before informing them that Sergeant Thomas Kelly is waiting for him at Marine Command. Feiner will then right on his report on the new arrivals. If the player persists on hovering over his shoulder, he will add a supplementary on his report that they are rudely reading everything he types before imploring them to stop.
He is not seen again when you return to Mars City after the demon invasion. However, blood can be seen everywhere in his office if it's visited again, hinting that he was either killed or turned into a Zombie.

I HAVE PROCESSED ALL INCOMING PERSONNEL FROM FLIGHT 4409. PDA WAS ISSUED TO THE MARINE ON BOARD AND I SENT HIM DIRECTLY TO MARINE COMMAND AT SERGEANT KELLY'S REQUEST. THE OTHER 2 UAC REPS WERE SENT TO THE CONFERENCE ROOM AT BETRUGER'S REQUEST.
