MAP22: Locus Perditus is the twenty-second map of Plutonia 2. It was designed by Erik Alm and Adolf Vojta (Gusta), and uses the music track "Deep into the Code" by Robert Prince. The map title is Latin for "lost in madness".

- On the way to getting the red key down the stairs, turn right into the lava pool. Then turn right again, and behind the column with the demon wallpaper on it, is a hole in the building. Go into it (#1) for a berserk pack and a blue armor.
