Gerard is the Front's Medic. When provided an Stamina Implant voucher, you will be able to improve your Stamina Stat. As a bonus to improving your Stamina, you will receive full healing equivalent to use a Surgery Kit.

He also provides you free healing up to 75 if you have less than 75 health.
