Health percentage hysteresis in sector type 11

When sector type 11 is used to end a level, the screen melt displays the status bar from the previous tic. Thus the player's health appears to drop below 11% very briefly, then jump back up again (although it returns to the correct value at the start of the next level, if there is a next level). This anomaly seems to occur only during demo playback, and not in a "live" game.
