MAP07: Arachnophobia, designed by Haggay Niv with some editing by Yonatan Donner, is the seventh map of Hell Revealed. It uses the music track "Gazz!" from Rise of the Triad.

According to the Hell Revealed info pack:
- You will have to be good at arachnotron-killing if you hope to finish this one alive on Ultra-Violence. This level is a huge spider (watch the automap!). Kill all the small spiders to raise the stair to the exit, and fight the big mother before you leave.

- To the left and right of the exit switch (the eye) are two alcoves, which correspond to the mandibles of the "spider" visible on the automap. Although there is nothing in these alcoves (at least in Ultra-Violence), they are both tagged as secret.
