Map of MAP14

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Essentials[]

  • The exit to this map is a Type-11 deathtrap: a sector containing a damaging floor of Type 11, into which barrels are teleported in close proximity to the player, which are then telefragged by more exploding barrels that rapidly devastate the player's health, so that the player is guaranteed to begin MAP15: The Path II with extremely low health.

Secrets[]

At the north part of the map, there is a soulsphere blocked by 3 pillars. To lower the pillars, enter the hallway, then run back out, up the stairs & to the soulsphere. But the pillars won't stay down for long, so you better hurry.
