A hidden door in the middle of the map--with three Former Humans behind it--has neither a sector tag nor appropriate linedefs associated with it. As a consequence the door never opens, and the enemy entities neither attack the player nor can they themselves be attacked. This oversight makes it impossible to achieve 100% kills on the map. However this oversight is fixed in the Saturn and PlayStation versions.
