that picture (the one with the two hellknights emerging from the teleporter, resembling the last level of episode one of doom) seems to be way too low quality, compared with the doom3 graphics. it caught my attention as it seems to can be processed by my laptop, how did you got that photo?
New Hellknight photo?
I would very much like to replace the current "Full view of Hell Knight" photo with a more up close Hell Knight photo which actually shows the eyes. I figure this photo to be from the installation wizard. The only difference from the installation wizard is that it's much larger allowing a better view of the Hell Knight. The only problem I have is that I have no knowledge as to how to upload photos to the wiki.
- It sounds like you didn't take the picture yourself. In that case, please do not upload it (see our image uploading policy). Otherwise, click here for some instructions, then click "upload file" on any page of the wiki (it's somewhere in the right-hand column in the new skins, or in the left-hand column in the old skins). - Then I'll just have to snatch one up from ingame won't I? Thank you for the instruction. I still need to get used to this Wiki stuff.
Does the Hell Knight actually have eyes? I recall reading in The Making of Doom 3 that he was "just nostrils and teeth up front". Pedantry! Makron1n 23:52, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
- If you were to use NoClip and spawn a Hellknight in a well lit area it's possible that you can get up close to its face and see its two black eyes. They are hard to pick out but they're there. (They even blink.)
I'd say that it should be mentioned, but it doesn't really need a photo. They aren't obvious, I sure as hell have never seen them, and they really aren't an important part of the hellknight. I think it looks creepier without any eyes. Either way, don't go through too much trouble getting a picture of it, this one is just fine, but if you really want to, go for it. Baron of hell
I had always assumed the hell knight that was in hell, being as vastly different looking as it was, was the Baron of hell. Is this contradicted anywhere official? B10Reaper 19:56, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
