Reverted edit[]
I just reverted what I regarded as a trivial edit to the lead sentence, because to my mind it added no value to the article; all it did was to change "licences" to "Licenses".
- There was no earthly reason to capitalise the "L".
- Although American English sometimes (though not always) writes the noun as "license", in British English that's always the verb; the noun is always (and sometimes in American English) written "licence".
